How do I book a spot?

Find a spot on Explore, pick your date and time, and send a request. Once the host approves, you pay and the spot is yours.

When do I get the exact address?

The exact address (and any gate notes) is shared as soon as your booking is confirmed. Before that you'll see the approximate location.

Can I book for right now?

Yes — as long as it's within the host's available hours and the spot isn't already booked. You can't book a time in the past.

Hosting

What does it cost to list?

Listing is free. There are no monthly fees — you simply receive your listed price for each confirmed booking.

Do I control who books?

Yes. Every request comes to your Booking requests page for you to approve or decline.

Payments & pricing

When am I charged?

You're not charged when you request. Payment happens after the host approves your booking.

Why are prices whole dollars?

We round headline prices to whole dollars so what you see is easy to reason about. The exact total with the 15% service fee is shown before you confirm.

Trust & safety

Are hosts verified?

Hosts can verify their ID, email, and phone — you'll see badges on their profile.

What if something goes wrong?

Message your host through ParkPal, or use the Report option on a host's profile to reach our team.
